Consentry is operated by Eliteware Solutions Pvt. Ltd., an India-incorporated company. This notice describes how we handle personal data collected through this website and early-access requests.

When you request access we collect your name, work email, company, role, and the systems you describe for enforcement. Server logs may include IP address, user agent, and request metadata needed to operate and secure the site.

We use request-access data to evaluate early access, respond to you, and operate our CRM pipeline. We use technical logs to keep the site available and secure.

Request-access submissions are sent to Zoho CRM. Infrastructure for the marketing site may use cloud hosting outside the Consentry product region. Product decision records, when the product is live for a customer, are intended to remain in India as described on the security page.

This marketing site does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. We do not run third-party advertising or behavioural tracking scripts. Essential technical cookies or similar storage may be used by the hosting platform solely to deliver and secure the site.

We keep request-access records for as long as needed to evaluate and communicate about early access, then delete or anonymise them when they are no longer required. Technical logs are retained only as long as needed for security and operations.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, or erasure of personal data we hold about you from this website. Email privacy@consentry.in to make a request. We will respond within a reasonable time.
